Service Agreement

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

Important Notice

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Lucky Tour and Travels.

Booking & Reservations Section 1

1.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Lucky Tour and Travels. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or email from us.

1.2 Advance Booking

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for local services and 48 hours for outstation trips to ensure vehicle availability.

1.3 Booking Modifications

Modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Changes must be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

1.4 Identification Requirements

Customers must provide valid government-issued photo ID at the time of boarding for all outstation and overnight trips.

Payments & Pricing Section 2

2.1 Pricing Structure

Our pricing includes base fare, distance charges, and time charges. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, night surcharges, and state taxes.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash payments
  • UPI transfers
  • Bank transfers
  • Digital wallets
2.3 Payment Terms

For local trips, payment is due at the end of the journey. For outstation trips, 50% advance payment is required at booking confirmation, with the balance due before trip commencement.

2.4 Price Changes

Lucky Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.

3.1 Refund Processing

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.

Responsibilities Section 4

4.1 Customer Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate pickup and destination details
  • Be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time
  • Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
  • Inform about any special requirements in advance
  • Carry necessary identification documents
4.2 Company Responsibilities
  • Provide well-maintained and clean vehicles
  • Ensure punctual pickup and drop services
  • Employ trained and professional drivers
  • Maintain proper insurance coverage
  • Provide 24/7 customer support
4.3 Prohibited Activities

Smoking, consumption of alcohol or illegal substances, carrying hazardous materials, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

Liability & Insurance Section 5

5.1 Insurance Coverage

All our vehicles are comprehensively insured as per legal requirements. However, personal belongings of customers are not covered under our insurance policy.

5.2 Liability Limitations

Lucky Tour and Travels shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, or mechanical failures.

5.3 Customer Belongings

Customers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend not leaving valuables in the vehicle unattended.

Privacy & Data Protection Section 6

6.1 Data Collection

We collect necessary personal information for providing our services, including name, contact details, and travel information. This data is protected and used only for service-related purposes.

6.2 Data Usage

Customer data is used solely for booking confirmation, service delivery, and communication regarding the service. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6.3 Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications, including booking confirmations, updates, and promotional offers.

Dispute Resolution Section 7

7.1 Complaint Procedure

Any complaints regarding our services should be reported immediately to our customer support team at +91 8010549652 or via email to Deepanshugiri771@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

7.2 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

7.3 Amendments

Lucky Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
